OP appointment at Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine. My experience from Reception, weigh-in, escort to Consultant, time with consultant, phlebotomy and finally X-Ray could not be bettered.

Perhaps because it was a smaller hospital but the culture here was 100% patient focused.

My thanks to everyone (Especially Angie the Phlebbo)
