"I was treated with dignity and respect throughout"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma and Orthopaedics (14- 16)

(as the patient),

Was admitted to Ward 15 Wishaw with a fractured ankle.

Due to its complex nature I was admitted for twelve days.

The care I received during that time  from all Staff inc Drs Nurses and Support staff was exceptional.

I was treated with dignity and respect throughout my stay, as were my Family.

I am home continuing on my Rehab.

I wanted to record my gratitude to all involved for making my stay so much easier.
