Became dehydrated and in a lot if pain due to seasonal norovirus. Called 111 sent to A and E, triaged very quickly, where Shannon was amazing and made me feel human in a horrible situation.

I would like to say a huge thank you for her professional, cheerful and gentle manner and efficient care which got me through despite the limited resources in Stoke Mandeville.

If she could be commended for her wonderful attitude and care I would be very grateful. In a series of contacts with your hard pressed staff she simply shone and actually made me feel human again. What a gem.
