"Cannot fault the service or the treatment given to me"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

My GP sent me to A & E in Wishaw General Hospital for cardiology checks to be carried out. 

I was seen promptly, treated so well and with compassion. 

Every member of staff was helpful, kind and very thorough and I felt really well taken care of. At no point was I made to feel uncared for and cannot fault the service or the treatment given to me. 

The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness.

I am sorry to hear that you were unwell and had to attend hospital. I am glad that you had excellent treatment while there, however, and that you found our staff to be caring, compassionate and helpful. This must have helped to reassure you.

I look forward to passing on your compliments to the whole team who I am sure will get a real boost from this. I note your comment about cleanliness and will ensure this is also fed back to the correct team.
