(as a parent/guardian),

I was put on the Invest In Play course to help with Emotional Regulation for my son and feel like the whole course has helped me with techniques to help calm and regulate my child and I feel more confident in my parenting.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Invest in Play course run by the Parenting team. It is lovely to see that the support you received was able to help you learn some techniques to help your confidence. Support for parents is important and it is good to see the positive impact these sessions have had for you and in turn your son.
