I was a patient on wards D1 and C2 at the Royal Bolton hospital earlier this year. The best thing about how I was treated is that the staff were all very helpful and kind. However, a bit more one-to-one interaction from the staff would have improved my experience.
Thank you to all the staff - they did their best and were kind and helpful.

It is pleasing to know that you found the staff helpful and kind. These are very busy wards so sometimes staff find it difficult to have as much one to one interaction as we would all like, but they do their best. We'll pass on your remarks to the wards concerned.
