"I really felt at ease"

About: Maternity care / Maternity Out Patient Department

(as the patient),

I attended Queen Elizabeth Hospital for a glucose tolerance test. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained well. I really felt at ease. I was listened to and felt like staff had time to talk to me.
