"I really felt at ease"

About: Maternity care / Maternity Out Patient Department

(as the patient),

I attended Queen Elizabeth Hospital for a glucose tolerance test. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained well. I really felt at ease. I was listened to and felt like staff had time to talk to me.

Dear andromedaey57

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your time at the QUEH having your GTT. It was lovely to read that you felt at ease and found the staff to be so welcoming.

I will share your feedback with the team. To hear that you felt listened to and were overall happy with your experience is important to them.

May I wish you well in your pregnancy.

Best Wishes
