"A lovely atmosphere"

We attended Ward 30 today and I was really impressed with the set up of the ward and how welcome we were made to feel.
My daughter was really anxious and everyone made a point of reassuring her (especially Yvonne) . The nursing staff, Lynne and Carol along with the student nurse (sorry, I can’t remember the name) were brilliant as were the medical staff - Ben, Paul, Charlotte and Ian.
It really was a lovely atmosphere and can tell that the staff enjoy their job and work really well as a team.
