"Cancellations and delays"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had my first appointment which went well and another repeat appointment was made for which I was on holiday.

Another appointment was made, which was cancelled again.

To cut a long story short, again after several appointments again cancelled my next appointment is now been put back to March next year!  Surely something doesn't ring true here!  And certainly my complaint is now getting worse due to my appointments being continually cancelled. 

Who is cancelling them and why are they being cancelled a month before.
