(as the patient),

Lorraine was extremely professional, very caring and helpful when I was having an ECG and then a 24 hour heart monitor fitted.  She made me feel very comfortable, explained the full process and what she was doing.  She also explained fully what to do over the 24 hour period and how to then  return the monitor when the 24 hour period was over.  Her sense of humour  made for a stress free environment and laid back time.

I am so pleased to hear that Lorraine was very supportive and professional while you were having an ECG and monitor fitted. It makes such a difference to your experience when the nurse explains what they are doing and why. I am sure this went some way to reassuring you. It is lovely to hear that even during a stressful time she was able to make it a stress free environment with her humour.
