About: The Poplars Medical Practice

I can never get an appointment that isn't weeks in the future. Visited the GP and when I was seen I was referred for a scan at a local health centre. Once completed no results could be provided after the scan and that my GP would contact me with the results.

A week later the results of the scan have not been reviewed by the GP at The Poplars. Reception staff are unable to give any timeframe for when the test results will be reviewed by a doctor. They will also not contact me with the test results (confirmed by the receptionist).

The only advice that could be offered was book an appointment to see the doctor again, and there were no appointments available for at least two weeks. This feels like a total waste of resources if the test results are not reviewed.
