"I certainly felt cared for and very happy I am in her care"

I attended the post menopause bleeding clinic at hairmyers hospital recently. I was seen really quickly and under the care of Dr Bhat. I wanted to say what an amazing doctor and person she is.

I really appreciated how she explained everything thoroughly and honestly, which was refreshing after previous appointments with other doctors. Dr Bhat took care examining me and the procedures she did on the day. Explained all options  and what happens next. Dr Bhat even said she would arrange further appointment to follow up to check all okay.

The clinic was very busy and under pressure with time constraints etc, I didn’t feel at all rushed and Dr Bhat could see I was concerned and was kind and caring in her nature which helped me enormously on the day. What a difference it makes being treated like that.

Dr Bhat makes a difference, is very good at her job, professional, kind, friendly and caring and I wanted to highlight her high standards and manner makes an enormous difference to patients, I certainly felt cared for and very happy I am in her care. Thank you
