I attended for one face to face consultation but the rest were by telephone. When the decision was finally taken to refer me to a consultant, the Physiotherapist forgot to inform the Admin team to write the letter (I had to chase) which delayed my appointment. On attending the consultant, he advised that the hospital where I saw him did not perform the surgery I needed and that they should have arranged the appointment at a different hospital. He advised that Practice Plus Group would need to fix a new appointment (a further delay). I called Practice Plus Group to arrange this but they did so for the wrong consultant (I have had to rearrange this - yet another delay). But for these multiple failures, I may have had the surgery before Christmas. I am now looking at next year before I can even see the consultant again. Not impressive.
