"Lack of support"

About: Cardinal Centre / Recovery Team (west)

(as a service user),

Unable to get hold of the cardinal centre nor am I able to speak with my support worker every time I try to call it either immediately cuts off or rings out, I was also supposed to have a review with the doctor as I started new medication over 4 weeks ago and nothing.

This is all very stressful and not sure how to move forward and get the support I need, I feel it’s very unprofessional and is impacting my daily life I feel very let down with the lack of support.

Dear lyrawn63

Thank you for your feedback which we are sorry you are unable to contact your support worker.

So we can raise this quickly with the team concerned, please email our PALS team pals@westlondon.nhs.uk with your telephone and NHS numbers so we can get the appropriate person to call you asap. It would be helpful if you can let us know the times you were trying call us.

In the meantime, should you need urgent advice or information, please call the Trust's Helpline: 0800 328 4444 which is open 24hrs.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
