This year I lost my mother and my brother in law within 6 months of each other.
I was very depressed and need some support / psychological help.
I was referred to Ealing Talking Therapies
I had regular therapy sessions with therapist Lucci.
He was very helpful. Very professional. Understanding very well the state that was in and how I felt. Compassionate. He was the only person that I could talk to because I didn't want to bother my family. They also were going through the grieving process.
He gave me lots of advice and introduced me to cognitive therapy in order to organise better some aspects of my life. I learned a lot from him and that helped me to improve my emotional, mental and even physical state. Very grateful to him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing counselling as I could see myself going to him again.
"He was very helpful, very professional, understanding"
