Such a strong team

"Such a strong team"

About: Leverndale Hospital / Mental Health

(as a service user),

I just wanted to say 4A staff are such a strong team. I am a patient and a particular nurse - Michelle -  has went above and beyond her nursing duty to help her colleague due to a staff nurse sickness. She made sure safety was maintained for patients and her colleague well supported. Very selfless and with a smile on her face- no doubt about it and in my opinion if there was any pride of Britain award she should get it for her nursing dedication. Thank you so much all of 4A staff and Michelle.

We are especially grateful for your recognition of Michelle's exceptional dedication and selflessness. It is heartening to know that she went above and beyond her duties. Your suggestion that she deserves a Pride of Britain award is truly appreciated and speaks volumes about her commitment and professionalism.
