I spent months not beable to go outside my front door then i was refered to inclusions 5 months and the lady who was my thereapist name lauren was brilliant.

She helped me she would phone me every week.

I used to get panic attack always think something bad was going to happen to me untill i finally made it to my gate

I was still getting anxiety attack for a while untill one day i knew i had to do this for myself and done it i couldnt never go to shops
