"Looked after really well and explained everything"

About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as the patient),

I recently attended Imaging for a couple of shoulder x-rays. Anne-marie the radiographer looked after me really well and explained everything to me.

I was treated with dignity and respect and could not complain about my of treatment other than the gowns are not suitable for the larger person and should therefore be updated to meet the needs of the expanding population.

Dear Phoobear7

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. We are pleased to hear that Anne-Marie, your radiographer, looked after you so well and took the time to explain everything clearly. It is wonderful to know that you felt treated with dignity and respect during your visit.

Please accept my apologies regarding the suitability of the gowns for larger individuals and this will be raised with the service for actioning.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback.

Best wishes

Nicole
