About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

I have been attending this department since Feb 2023. Such an efficient clinic each time I attend. Everyone clearly knows their roles and undertake their roles so diligently. Staff have strong values and treated me so well. Thanks to the whole team. Thanks to Nurse Trishia for the aftercare, such a great cup of tea and toast!

Firstly thank you for taking the time to send this lovely message.

I am delighted to read that you had such a positive experience whilst in RVH Endoscopy.

The staff always go above to beyond to ensure that every patient is treat as a individual and with dignity.
