About: St Margaret's Hospital / South Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team

(as the patient),

I attended an appointment at St Margaret's Hospital Outpatients. On this occasion and each time previously, the nurses have been very professional indeed and extremely friendly, making the experience comfortable and putting me at ease.

The procedure was carried out smoothly with little discomfort.

I don't think my experience could be improved upon at all!
