My gp dealt with my pmr I was using Styron tablet reducing by 1mg gradually
I was in a lot of pain I approached My go she contacted the expert he explained what to do the answer came to me within 2 hours normally it would have taken few days I faced this situation twice before and that shows her dedication which saved me a lot of pain of many days
