"Really great surgery"

I am consistently impressed with Gloucester Road Medical Centre. I recently put in an e-consult regarding an ankle injury and was quickly given an appt with a physio on-site. On numerous other occasions regarding mine, or my children's health, we have been called back the same day and given comprehensive and good advice by the duty nurse or doctor. At a time when many others are struggling with appointments at their surgery, in my experience, Gloucester Road Medical Centre are going above and beyond to avoid this for their patients.

Additionally, my young son has needed monitoring for a health condition and the level of care, not to mention consistency of practitioner, has been nothing short of impressive.

This really is a review of my overall experience as a patient of about a decade but I'm particularly impressed given the narrative around GP surgeries at the moment and conversations with others about their own experiences at other surgeries. Thank you so much Gloucester Road Medical Centre.
