"emergency appointment"

Found open and bleeding sores on feet last night. Called and left a message. By 9am i had been called twice and been offered an appt.

Not met Mark before but he put me at my ease, was informative and friendly whilst in his care. He resolved the issue quickly and dressed the injury but talked me through me through the aftercare and gave me a few dressings in case needed.

Mark offered some tips that might help reduce the pain and increase my comfort which was much appreciated.

If all nhs interactions were like this you could remove all of the complaint lines and staff.
