"The most comprehensive, empathetic and efficient care"

I was given a cancellation appointment recently at the rheumatology clinic in Victoria hospital Kirkcaldy. The senior nurse practitioner was Elata. This was the most comprehensive, empathetic and efficient care I have received for over 25 years as a rheumatology patient.

In summary, a comprehensive discussion of my current medical concerns. Thereafter a thorough examination of my joints. A series of bloods taken to identify the root cause of pain together with a number of x rays. A telephone call later that day from the nurse practitioner with blood and x ray results, together with a prescribed course of action (taken in conjunction with the podiatrist). Prescription collected by me the following day from the same nurse practitioner at QM hospital.

I still cannot believe the excellent service provided. 👏👏👏
