"Manners that are applaudable"

Had an appointment for an abdominal ultrasound at Woodend hospital earlier today. Fairly routine but surprisingly anxious before I headed in. The staff were amazing- the nurse who's name I didn't catch, the radiology trainee, Ahmed, and Gemma, the sonographer were all extremely professional and had bedside manners that are applaudable (apologies may have got the names wrong!). Having worked in the NHS for over 20 years, it's great to see the service operating at such a high level, despite the ever-increasing pressures. Thank you!
