"Excellent care and kindness"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Medicine (Wards 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18 & 27)

(as a relative),

My mother in law was admitted a few times over the last year or so to ward 8 and we always found the staff to be kind and caring but I wanted to express my thanks for her last admission which was basically for TLC in her last few days.

The care and kindness of the nursing staff was amazing throughout the week but I'm particularly thankful for the staff on the night of Friday 25th October.

They helped make a difficult time much more easy to deal with and their kindness to me overnight was especially touching.

Special mention to the HCSW (I think Bert but might have that wrong as it was a long night) - he was so very kind and I was grateful for his kind words & help that night.
