"Telephone call to Xray Dept to make an appintment"

I have made three telephone calls to try and make an appointment to have two xrays. Following an accident, I cannot see very well nor walk very well. Each time I call, the message is: "The xray department is very busy at the moment, please try later." Now I think I should call 111 or 999 as I don't know what else to do. My last call was at 11.15 am What a service!.
