"User friendly and a calm environment"

About: Heavitree Hospital / Therapies

(as the patient),

I have attended the physiotherapy department at the hospital for several years for ongoing joint pain.  I have always felt both listened to and valued as a patient.  Every member of the team is working together to make the department user friendly and a calm environment.  They are skilled and supportive, and work with individuals towards the best possible outcome.  My personal experience has always been a pleasant one, and I would like to thank every member of the department for their continuous dedication to their patients.
