Brilliant 5 star service from crosshouse X-ray department. Attended for a routine mammogram and was taken before my appointed time. Michelle, who carried out my X-rays, was kind and considerate throughout the process and provided me with much needed reassurance. She put me at ease and explained everything with care and compassion! Well done X-ray! 

I do unfortunately have a negative tone to add to this feedback, completely separate from the X-ray department.

The parking situation really needs to be addressed. Half an hour I drove round this car park, fighting with other drivers doing the same for a parking space and ended up having to abandon my car not in a proper space. It’s really not convenient.

People are taking time off work to attend the hospital and attending from all across the 3 counties, public transport is not a viable option when people have time constraints, if I had to use public transport to attend this 10 minute appointment, it would have been 3 buses and a 5 hour round trip, in a car it took 90 minutes.

Visiting the hospital is an anxious time for most, the frustrations of this car are very likely to add to this anxiety.

I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty with parking and appreciate that coming to the hospital can be a daunting time for some patients. I will bring this to the attention of those involved.
