About: South Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team / Ear Clinic

(as the patient),

Appointment at Crieff community Hospital.  Both my ears were blocked. I was taken on time - no waiting. I was given a friendly welcome and had the procedure clearly explained. I was seen by two nurses, one of whom was in training. The trainee carried out the procedure with care and attention, quietly overseen by the other nurse. All aspects of this short procedure were successfully achieved and I felt both comfortable and restored. I have nothing but praise for this service. Thank you NHS.

Please accept my thanks for taking the time to provide feedback for the Community Care and Treatment Service in Crieff where you attended for ear irrigation. It is very pleasing to hear the good experience you had and the team thrive on patient feedback that demonstrates how patients feel after treatment.
