Annual appointment to review eye pressure. Reception excellent both for efficiency and friendly and supportive attitude (even to booking subsequent appointment on leaving). System progressed smoothly and efficiently through several tests to final summary by Practitioner. All contacts were very professional, courteous and efficient - and much appreciated.
