"Birth of my first child"

I chose to use the emerald continuity midwifery team as I wanted a more personal one on one experience, which I received.

I was assigned a midwife, and received her number so that I could get in touch with any queries or issues throughout my pregnancy, which i found to be invaluable.

Also, it allowed for more flexibility when booking and changing appointments.

I didn't always see the same midwife, which is to be expected as people have time off. However, everyone I met from the emerald team were lovely and very helpful.

I would definitely tick the box to use the continuity team again.
