"Thank you for making an Orthodontic Visit so good!"

Last week I attended the Orthodontic department in Heavitree with my son.  From the moment we arrived, through to being met by a fabulous dental nurse and then the Consultant Jenifer, we had such a good experience and my son was spoken to directly about what would happen and at each step. The team were so brilliant and reassuring. I wanted to thank them, this felt like exceptional care but I could tell it was just the way they always worked. Thank you.
