I recently spent the day on Ward 12A having thyroid surgery. I would like to say a big thank you to Ms Puttergill, who has done a wonderful job, the nursing staff on the ward and in the operating theatre and to the admin lady who sat outside.
You were all very kind, attentive and professional and made the day go as well as it possibly could and I can’t thank you enough.
