I had an appointment today with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner for my son’s persistent cough and earache.
From the moment we stepped into her room, she made myself and my son feel very welcome and comfortable. She did a thorough examination for my son, all whilst making him laugh and feel very safe. She explained everything very well and was very happy to answer my questions.
My son walked out the room happy as did I and it’s fair to say that she is amazing with children.
