"Ballymena Gum Clinic checkup for peace of mind"

I was brought into my appointment 5 minutes early by a very bubbly and wonderful nurse, Christine (who had been to Coleraine the morning before. Very busy lady). I immediately felt welcome and safe, well looked after and greeted with good banter and conversation. Christine was incredibly professional, whilst maintaining good humour to ensure my care was present (making me feel easy and comfortable, especially when taking bloods and throat swab). I can honestly say, it was the most effortless blood taking and throat swab of my life. She was a good looking woman too, which only was a beautiful cherry upon a pretty cake. 

Next, I was told to wait again in the waiting room with a nice radio playing fairly epic music today. The nurse, Claire, immediately maintained the same level of care and comfort, calling me darling several times, which is just a lovely way to greet patients. It adds to the overall care given. Claire was equally as professional and compassionate. Went through the forms and had a check to give me further reassurance that everything was ok. Again, delightful conversations and outstanding care. I was even given a nice cup of water to help for the urine sample and free epic condoms which are latex free and great quality. 

All in all, I feel I got outstanding and exemplary service. I even got the idea of possibly starting a Northern Irish Viking show, courtesy of Christine. I would give this experience 11/10. I couldn't be happier about today if I tried.
