About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as a service user),

At clinic appointment all staff  Dr Pandravada, Fran, Alison  & Olivia were very professional,  friendly and caring. I was well informed with information, wasn't rushed at end of appointment and answered all my questions.

Only thing that could be improves is clearer signage to the clinic

I am pleased you received professional and friendly care from the team during your appointment and that everything went smoothly for you. It will be a pleasure to share your feedback with them.

I note your comments on the signage to the clinic and will personally have a look at the signs throughout the hospital to ensure these are adequate.
