Had to contact the surgery to try and get an updated prescription for my daughter after she visited the out of hours GP. Every member of staff from reception staff to the GP that I spoke to was so helpful and helped me to get sorted quickly and without any issues, making what could’ve been a challenge very straight forward and simple. Really happy with the service received.
