"I feel so honoured to have meet these wonderful people"

My father. Who is suffering from dementia and Parkinson.  He has been going down hill very rapidly. Dr Todd and his team who for the last week have been taking care of him at home. They have been fantastic. He is now on end of life care.

 The team of extremely professional and caring nurses have made him so comfortable and my mother so secure. The doctor and the staff talk to her not down to her. They come to her level of eyes to talk. Everything is explained and when it was decided to move towards the pain and comfort treatment they were so sensitive and caring.  They are a credit to their profession. I thank everyone of them. I sadly can not remember all their names. They are the team from Altnagalvin hospital and if anyone get treatment from them they will understand my feelings. To watch my father slowly drift away. They are like angels. 

I would love to write more but more than saying the care and treatment is was fantastic. The doctor and nurses fantastic. There no better words for them. Angels they are. 

I feel so honoured to have meet these wonderful people. Thank for making an extremely sensitive and painful emotional time easier. Not only have you helped my father but my mother and I.
