About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Lymington

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Mum had fall at home, alarm around neck, Ambulance came out after about quickly. Spent a couple hours there. when they left, soon later the Frailty team phoned to say they were coming, all very quick.

Seemed very joined up and attentive care. Every day they came for a week. Eleanor and Matthew were great. They also called me to let me know when they were coming.

Great service.
