"The service is exceptional"

I must thank the RCDS unit for their exceptional service after my referral. I had a home accident and fractured my collar bone and ribs and was admitted to the A&E department for an X-ray.  This resulted in me being referred to the RCDS team for further tests.  Of course this made me anxious as I had no idea why I was being referred to the RCDS unit. The staff were excellent, they handled everything with amazing speed.  This was particularly helpful as I was due to go on holiday and was at the point of cancelling all my plans.  Within days I had an appointment for a CT scan and the results.  My results were clear.  I went in holiday with a clear mind and must thank all the staff for their care and attention.  I am still waiting for further tests from other hospital departments but without doubt the RCDS service is exceptional.
