About: Woodroyd Medical Practice

I would like to know wich cows sitting there and Pick up the phone line as since 7.59 is line busy till now and its 9.49. I got big ear pain wich go to my head and I cant get help. Why is these people just sitting there having a Coffee and chat to eachother but not answering the phone line? This is what goverment pay their Wages from our tax . If these are my workers I would throw them out of my company I wouldnt be paying someone just for sitting in their asses and drinking Coffee at work place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments about the surgery. We apologise for the difficulty you had getting through to us. We understand it can be very difficult to get through to us via telephone especially in the morning. Our trained and hard working Care Navigators take calls throughout the day and are best trained to help patients as quickly as they can with your query.

There are alternatives you can use to get in touch with – we encourage all our patients to sign up for PATCHS (https://patchs.ai/practice/kensingtonpartnership) which opens up for requests at multiple times throughout the day and allows you to send pictures and speak to the Doctor quickly and easily without having to call us or come into surgery. We aim to respond to all PATCHS requests within 48 hours of submission.

You can also use the NHS App or SystmOnline which has telephone appointments released to be booked at 7am & 7pm Monday – Thursday. You can download the NHS App on your phone or come into surgery with valid ID to sign up for SystmOnline.
