"Worst appointment scheduling "

I asked them on call to schedule an in person appointment for me they didn’t do it and the woman on the call schedule me for some other gp and when i reached there they told me i don’t have any appointment scheduled here. when i clearly told her on call that i don’t want telephonic appointment she booked me wrong even i gave her very clear information. such a unprofessional work make patients go through extra work with no reason and explanation. The girl on the other gp told me it’s not first time they made such mistake it’s there everytime thing.
