About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

Just came in for a check up since it's been 3 years since my last. Waited a little longer than expected but in a nice warm waiting room.

I was called in by a polite, friendly lady who throughout the chat and tests was kind, friendly and funny. I was given clear advice and instructions as to how to do my tests. After the blood was taken I was given some condoms and lube and went off to do my other tests.

Everything on site was nice and clean and I felt perfectly looked after. I dropped the tests off then went off on my way.

I'm sorry that you had to wait a little longer than planned and we do try our best to keep delays to a minimum.

I'm so glad to hear that you found the clinician polite, friendly and funny. We appreciate people can find coming into the clinic daunting at times, so we always aim to make everyone feel at ease and comfortable.

It's great you felt well informed with advice and instructions, given a full check up and provided with any condoms/lube.
