About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Pulmonary Rehabilitation

(as a service user),

Just completed 8-week course for COPD. The course has been really helpful and has motivated me at home. Finding out on how and when to control my breathing has been great. I'm definitely stronger now. I have loved the social aspect. Thank you Doreen, Hazel and the others have been really nice.
