"Facial tic that developed to mood issues"

About: Adult mental health / Talking Therapies Wolverhampton

(as the patient),

I went to Naomi with a facial tic after being sent there by a doctor to be looked at for OCD (potentially) we went into a lot of things and come to realisation that I had low anxiety and had issues with my moods, being frustrated and irritated very easily , so we went deeper into those issues and ended up coming out with a lot new ways to control my moods which help me with my facial tic and help me control it a bit more. I felt so comfortable talking about all the issues I had and she gave me so much support and ways to control it which definitely has helped and will help me in future problems. I went into therapy thinking it’s not for me but coming out of it I am so glad I did give it a chance.
