About: Tower Hill Partnership

I had a telephone call by Dr, my test results showed that my Thyroid levels were high. I had a hemithyroidectomy a couple of years ago and was told that I had to have blood tests done regularly to check my levels. My blood tests came back showing high. I have been suffering terribly with tiredness, palpitations, weakness and terrible depression, I have mentioned this to the GP and said there was no problems and to check my bloods again in 3 months. I have now just registered with a new practice as I have had nothing but bad experiences with this surgery and I feel I can't take it any longer.

Dear Mr Norton, I apologise that you were unhappy with advice given by a GP. If you were unhappy you could have spoken to a supervisor or myself to discuss your issues.

We hope you will be very happy and content with your new GP surgery.

Regards

Debbie Wykes, Patient Experience Manager
