My daughter was referred and we received contact very quickly.
We were very happy with how everything was explained during the visits with our daughter and how much detail we were told about help and support from the group.
A plan was put into place for my daughter and we felt our concerns were taken on board although my daughter has now been discharged information regarding my daughter was passed onto myself and my Health Visitor with advice of what we could do to help my daughter until another assessment occurs
