From my first appointment at the breast clinic I had the most amazing staff and everyone of you were so caring, calming, professional and knowledgeable which made me feeI as ease during this worrying time.
I had breast surgery in October which was done under local anaesthetic and I also had general anaesthetic inNovember at the day surgery unit at the University Hospital Wishaw General.
From the minute, I was very anxious prior to these appointments. On arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and informative, which instantly made me feel at ease.
When admitted for both surgeries every member of staff who cared for me made me prior to, during and after surgery were very professional, caring and friendly and provided me with the best care and all the information i required to allow me to feel at ease.
The breast team staff were all amazing in all the various departments. Thank you to everyone of you who cared for me.
