This is my story...I guess it not any different from other in my wardrobe.
I gave birth to a beautiful angel two weeks back...this was at the Princess Royal Hospital at Scotland ... specific to ward 68.
First there was no clarity on the date until few days before I was supposed to be admitted to the hospital. The midwives at the the health centre were so good, always welcoming and there to hear me .. Special thanks to two beautiful midwives, one was really special, she is a gem and a very kind hearted midwife, the best...she was a kind soul and was very helpful to ease me 🙏 . The other was also kind. Thank you.
But here I share bad or worse feedback for the ward 68 at Princess royal maternity. I felt the midwives were very rude, not helpful...I have been blessed with good ppl but this experience was bad at the hospital and some of these staff members made me feel sad. I feel the staff at PRM really need to do something...they didn't respond to the bell or responded after long and behaved as if they're doing a big favour..I was a C-section and needing support but staff member there did not seem to be bothered.
When U new mom or even when you becoming a mom u always need care but I felt the midwives I met were far away from that...they even forgot to give me medicines...that like unacceptable 😭. Worst experience.
